Responsible for acquiring, onboarding and activating drivers/riders for VFRYT's EV fleet and ensuring a solid, active driver network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit drivers/riders through field visits, referrals and local networks.
- Explain VFRYT's EV rental and earning opportunities to potential drivers.
- Complete driver onboarding, KYC and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Hub team for vehicle allocation and handover.
- Ensure newly onboarded drivers become active and complete their first trips.
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and address basic operational concerns.
- Build driver referral networks and identify new sources for driver acquisition.
- Maintain daily acquisition and activation reports.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, driver recruitment, logistics, mobility or delivery operations.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work.
- Good knowledge of Chennai.
- Tamil is essential; basic English preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
