Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end tendering and cost estimation activities for large-value EPC projects.
- Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope of work.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation in line with client requirements.
- Evaluate and prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), layouts, Protection & Control Schematics, cable schedules, and related electrical engineering documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project execution, and commercial teams for accurate bid preparation.
- Identify technical risks, exclusions, assumptions, and opportunities during bid evaluation.
- Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and bid execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, contractual obligations, and project specifications.
- Support contractual negotiations, claims management, variations, and clarifications during the bidding process.




- Provide inputs on construction methodologies and project execution requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Proposal Engineering for EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Oil & Gas, and Process Industry Projects.
- Strong understanding of EPC/FIDIC contracts, contractual negotiations, claims, variations, and tender compliance requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of technical bid evaluation, cost estimation, and scope analysis.
- Ability to identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
