Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Civil 3D software.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate design documentation.

- Develop shop drawings for MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression systems.

- Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to resolve conflicts between disciplines.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture / Structure / MEP).

- Robust understanding of construction detailing processes and procedures.

- Proficiency in Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage; Civil 3D is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
