Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, React Native, and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Development

- Develop scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS.
- Develop robust backend services using Node.js.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

2. Database Management
- Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB databases.
- Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity and security.

3. System Integration
- Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs.
- Work with third-party APIs and external services.
- Ensure seamless communication between mobile apps, web apps, and backend systems.

4. Code Quality Best Practices
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Implement unit testing and debugging processes.

5. Performance Optimization
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Improve API performance and application response time.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.

6. Collaboration
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and product managers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.




- Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

7. Deployment Maintenance
- Assist in application deployment and release management.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Required Skills Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Node.js backend development.
- Proficiency in React.js for web application development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile applications.
- Experience working with MongoDB database.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in RESTful APIs development.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Experience with Redux / Context API.
- Understanding of authentication authorization (JWT, OAuth).

Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
