- Manage SAP SD module, including sales order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by reviewing and reconciling accounts receivable balances.
Job Requirements :
- 8-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of SAP SD module (sales order processing, invoicing).
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools.
