Job Title: Home Health Coder / Quality Analyst (QA)

1. Home Health Coder

- Experience: 1+ Year
- Relevant Home Health coding experience preferred
- Compensation: 30% hike on current CTC.

2. Home Health Quality Analyst (QA)

- Experience: 3+ Years
- Relevant Home Health QA experience preferred
- Compensation: 30% hike on current CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze Home Health medical records and documentation.
- Assign and validate accurate ICD-10-CM codes.
- Ensure compliance with Home Health coding guidelines and client requirements.
- For QA roles, audit coding charts and identify errors or discrepancies.




- Provide feedback to coders and support continuous quality improvement.
- Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround-time targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and Home Health coding guidelines.
- Good understanding of Home Health documentation and coding requirements.
- Solid analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet quality and productivity benchmarks.

Eligibility:

- Coder: Minimum 1+ year relevant Home Health coding experience.
- QA: Minimum 3+ years relevant Home Health coding/QA experience.
- Relevant experience in Home Health is preferred.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
