Educational Qualification
- Intermediate or Any Graduate
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Loans Department
- Experience in Vehicle Loans or Two-Wheeler Loans is preferred
Language Requirement
- Must be proficient in the local language

Key Responsibilities
- Be stationed at the assigned two-wheeler dealership/showroom.
- Explain loan products and finance schemes to walk-in customers.
- Generate and convert loan leads into successful disbursements.
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting required documents.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with dealership staff, credit teams, and operations for smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily activity reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Vehicle Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, Consumer Finance, Gold Loans, Microfinance, Banking Sales, NBFC, or Retail Finance.
- Experience working with dealerships or showroom-based finance operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of loan documentation and KYC processes.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
