Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant with solid hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of end-to-end plant maintenance processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP PM processes based on business requirements.
- Handle Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
- Configure and support Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Refurbishment processes.
- Manage Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
- Configure order types, notification types,



status profiles, scheduling, costing, and settlement.
- Work with Preventive Maintenance Plans, maintenance strategies, cycles, and scheduling.
- Support Equipment Master and Functional Location management.
- Configure Measuring Points, Counters, and Measurement Documents.
- Handle Spare Parts and Maintenance BOM processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 SAP PM support.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
- Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
