Required Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and related modules.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good experience with PostgreSQL, SQL development, and database performance optimization.
- Experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems.
- Experience with JBoss application server deployment and administration.
- Experience with MQ or similar messaging middleware.
- Knowledge of application debugging, logging, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version-control tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MarkLogic is a strong plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture and API integrations.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
- Experience in financial-services or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
