Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and skilled manner.
- Provide efficient food and beverage service as per company standards.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Follow grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Work effectively as part of the F&B; Service team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with experience in Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants,



or F&B; Service are preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Well-groomed and professionally presentable.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle guest requests professionally and efficiently.
- Candidates with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to excellent guest service are preferred.
