Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead the successful delivery of web application and enterprise application projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in React.js, JavaScript, Redux, SQL, application development, and ERP support, AI projects along with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of web applications and enterprise application development projects.
- Manage application development, enhancements, maintenance, and ERP support initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineering, QA, UX/UI, business, and ERP support teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely project execution.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, architecture alignment, and adherence to coding standards.
- Oversee SQL-based data validation, reporting requirements, and application integrations.
- Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project health, delivery metrics, budgets,



and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure successful production deployments, application support, incident management, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or Application Development.
- Strong technical knowledge of React.js or JavaScript (ES6+) or SQL, AI.
- Hands-on experience in application development and ERP application support.
- Experience managing enterprise web application development and support projects.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across Development, QA, Product, Business, Infrastructure, and Support.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and release management.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts, SQL queries, data analysis, and application integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working with ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
- Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise applications, or product-based organizations is a plus.
