- Lead SAP Plant Maintenance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Provide technical expertise on SAP PM modules such as planning, execution, and reporting to ensure effective plant operations.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5.1-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
