Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The candidate will be responsible for SAP SD implementation, configuration, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP SD configuration, integration with other SAP modules, business requirement analysis, and production issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Handle SAP SD processes including:
- Customer Master / Business Partner
- Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division
- Sales Order Management
- Quotations and Inquiries
- Scheduling Agreements
- Deliveries and Shipping
- Picking and Packing
- Post Goods Issue (PGI)
- Billing and Invoicing
- Returns and Credit/Debit Processes

- Configure pricing procedures, condition techniques, discounts, surcharges, taxes, and pricing determination.
- Configure copy controls, incompletion procedures, text determination, output determination, and partner determination.
- Configure and support availability check (ATP) and transfer of requirements.
- Work on credit management and customer-related sales processes.
- Handle special sales processes such as:

- Third-Party Sales
- Consignment
- Intercompany Sales
- Make-to-Order
- Returns
- Free-of-Charge Deliveries

- Work on integration between SAP SD and MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and other relevant modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering,



gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze and resolve complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and workflows.
- Coordinate with business users, process owners, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP consultants.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, process flows, and training materials.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants.

Required SAP SD Skills

- 6+ years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

- Pricing

- Copy Control
- Partner Determination
- Text Determination

- Good knowledge of customer and material master data.
- Experience with domestic and export sales processes.
- Solid integration knowledge with SAP MM and FI/CO.




- Experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support project.

SAP S/4HANA Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Knowledge of Business Partner (BP) and customer master changes in S/4HANA.
- Understanding of S/4HANA Sales business processes.
- Exposure to Fiori applications related to Sales and Distribution.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA Credit Management is an advantage.
- Exposure to SAP Advanced ATP (aATP) is an added advantage.

Integration Knowledge

Strong understanding of integration with:

- SAP MM Procurement, stock availability, material movements, third-party processes.
- SAP FI/CO Revenue posting, customer accounting, taxes, billing and account determination.
- SAP PP – Make-to-order, production planning, availability and requirements.
- SAP WM/EWM – Picking, packing, warehouse and delivery processes.
- Understanding of cross-functional master data and business processes.

Functional / Project Responsibilities

- Independently manage SAP SD functional activities.
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP-standard solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP and other technical teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.
- Provide functional guidance and support to junior consultants.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of SD-related project activities
