Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to focus exclusively on hiring Technical Trainers across various domains such as Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and engaging with highly skilled trainers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical trainer requirements, skills, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier trainers.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking platforms to build a strong pipeline of technical trainers.
- Screen and evaluate trainer profiles based on expertise, teaching ability, and industry experience.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, domain knowledge, and training experience.
- Coordinate technical assessments, demo sessions, and final selection processes.
- Negotiate contracts, compensation,



and terms of engagement with selected trainers.
- Build and maintain relationships with freelance trainers, corporate trainers, and industry experts.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify and engage with the right talent.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in hiring trainers or educators.
- Strong understanding of technical domains like Data Science, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, etc.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and recruit trainers with hands-on industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various hiring tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Robust negotiation skills and experience in contract hiring.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
