Gilbarco Veeder-Root is looking for a proactive Collection Executive to manage accounts receivable, drive timely collections, and reduce outstanding dues. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in AR Collections or Credit Control, strong knowledge of DSO management, account reconciliation, SAP/ERP systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- maintain Excel records and update the outstanding payments of business clients and Company invoices related to procurement & logistics operations.
- payment collections from companies through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Perform payment reconciliation, clear cheques, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Handle outstanding recoveries by identifying issues and implementing solutions.




- Provide excellent customer service to resolve client queries related to payments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education Graduation (Mandatory):.
- Transport Asset: Must possess a functional 2-wheeler for daily regional commute.
- Legal Documentation: Must hold a valid Indian Driver's License.
- Travel Profile: willingness travel if required outside stations.
