Role & responsibilities

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management / ITSM domain
- Hands-on experience in asset lifecycle management (SAM & HAM)
- Experience working with enterprise ITSM/ITAM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Experience in audit support, reporting, and stakeholder communication for assets.

Skills:

- IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Software Asset Management (SAM) / Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Asset Lifecycle, Auditing & Risk Assessment
- CMDB Knowledge with Configuration Item (CI) Management (Assets, Servers)
- ITSM Tools: ServiceNow / ManageEngine
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Tasks)
- Vendor & Procurement Management
- Inventory & Stock Management
