Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US Healthcare positions.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Use job portals, databases, and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Positions Handled
RN, LPN/LVN, NP, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other US Healthcare positions.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Btech/medical degree students can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
