Job Description

We are hiring German-speaking candidates with B2-level proficiency for an International Sales Process. The role involves interacting with customers in German, understanding their requirements, promoting relevant products/services, and converting customer interactions into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions in German language.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.

- Generate sales and achieve assigned business targets.

- Identify sales opportunities and effectively pitch products/services.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Maintain excellent customer experience while meeting sales KPIs.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile





Candidate Requirements

- German B2 proficiency is mandatory.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in German.

- Basic to good English communication skills.

- Sales/customer service experience will be an added advantage.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 6-day working environment.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
