We are looking for well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Executives to join our retail jewellery store in Secunderabad. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, understanding their requirements and budget, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of jewellery.
- Coordinate with billing and other store staff to ensure smooth and efficient customer transactions.




- Assist with basic stock-related activities and maintain proper handling of jewellery.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile

- Candidate should be well-groomed, confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interest in sales and customer handling.
- Prior experience in jewellery sales or retail sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
