1- Job Title- Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 2-6 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiters who have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market and proven experience in marketing consultants, generating requirements, and driving placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and promote consultants on various job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Identify and generate suitable client/vendor requirements for consultants available on the bench.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.
- Negotiate rates, manage submissions, coordinate interviews, and drive consultants through the placement process.
- Handle H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT/CPT and other visa-status consultants based on market requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update consultant hotlists, marketing records, submissions, interviews, and placement status.
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal recruitment teams to maximize consultant placements and revenue.

- Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing / Bench Sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.

2- Job Title- US IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and skilled US IT Recruiters with experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for US-based requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, location, visa status, and client requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for various US IT positions.
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate submissions with the concerned teams.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports while meeting daily and monthly hiring targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Good understanding of US IT Recruitment and Staffing processes.
- Knowledge of US work authorization/visa categories and recruitment terminology.
