Role & Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance backend components using Java 8+ features.

- Implement asynchronous flows using CompletableFuture, Executor Service, and multithreading.

- Build secure and reactive microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Security, and WebFlux.

- Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases to build scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, reviews, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Solid hands-on expertise in Java and Microservices.

- Solid understanding of asynchronous & reactive programming.

- Experience in REST API development & integrations.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and ability to work with global teams.

- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred.
