We're Hiring | Customer Success Manager - Networking

About the Role

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in Project Management, PMO, or Service Delivery Management who have extensive customer-facing experience and are eager to build a career in Customer Success Management.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing or delivering Cisco Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, or SD-WAN projects, along with strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. This role offers an excellent prospect to transition into a strategic Customer Success function, driving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor for customers throughout their engagement lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization initiatives.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and governance meetings.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and drive proactive resolutions.




- Collaborate with delivery, support, and technical teams to ensure customer success.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and business growth.
- Support renewal and retention efforts.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Service Delivery, or Customer Success.
- Experience handling customer-facing Cisco projects.
- Strong understanding of Cisco Networking, Security, Collaboration, Wireless, SD-WAN, or Data Center technologies.
- Experience managing stakeholders, customer communications, and escalations.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE).
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managed services environments.
