- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge.
- Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools especially UI Path and its good to have Automation Anywhere and Power Automate experience.
- Continuously self-educates on the latest in automation and related fields.
- Solid problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages.
- Experienced with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent at building and maintaining productive and long-lasting stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals, independently resolves issues, and recognizes when and whom to escalate matters.
