About the Role

We are looking for highly analytical, detail-oriented, and technology-driven professionals to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Individual Contributor (IC). This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, Digital Mapping, GIS, Navigation Systems, Mobility Operations, Data Quality Management, and Geospatial Operations.

The role involves supporting autonomous vehicle operations by ensuring the accuracy, quality, and performance of navigation, mapping, routing, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise, analytical capabilities, stakeholder communication skills, and a passion for emerging mobility technologies. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role and does not involve people management responsibilities.

General Guidelines :

1. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
3. Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
4. Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger as the interview and assessment process may extend throughout the day.
5. Applicants must be Graduates or Postgraduates. Candidates currently pursuing full time education are not eligible.
6. The role operates in a 24x7 work environment supporting global customers and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
7. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
8. Candidates must possess relevant experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, Digital Mapping, GIS, Navigation, Mobility Operations, or related domains.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
10. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
11. The role may require working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support global operations.
12. Candidates should be flexible to collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
13. Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging autonomous mobility technologies is mandatory.
14. Candidates should be willing to work as an Individual Contributor and drive domain excellence within the project.
15. Notice period preference: Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15 or immediate will be highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in Autonomous Vehicles, ADAS, GIS, Digital Mapping, Mobility Operations, Geospatial Analysis, Mapping Operations, Data Annotation, Quality Operations, or related fields.
3. Strong hands-on domain expertise in autonomous mobility, navigation, mapping, or geospatial operations.
4. Strong understanding of autonomous vehicle ecosystems and mobility technologies.
5. Experience in quality management, data validation, and operational excellence.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7.



Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive deliverables.
8. Experience working in customer-focused and SLA-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Autonomous Vehicle Operations and provide domain expertise on process workflows and project deliverables.
2. Support analysts and operations teams by clarifying guidelines, resolving domain-related queries, and sharing best practices.
3. Review, analyze, and validate autonomous vehicle navigation, mapping, and operational datasets.
4. Support vehicle routing, localization, navigation, geospatial, and mapping-related activities.
5. Conduct detailed quality reviews and ensure adherence to project guidelines and operational standards.
6. Perform root cause analysis on operational and quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
7. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, data quality, and operational efficiency.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for domain-related escalations and issue resolution.
9. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Program Management, Quality, and Operations teams.
10. Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge repositories, process documentation, and training materials.
11. Conduct calibration sessions, knowledge-sharing workshops, and refresher trainings.
12. Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
13. Support onboarding and domain training activities for new team members.
14. Ensure compliance with project requirements, organizational policies, and quality standards.
15. Contribute towards achieving business goals, quality targets, and customer expectations.

7. Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
8. Experience in Fleet Operations or Autonomous Vehicle Testing environments.
9. Exposure to mapping, routing, traffic, navigation, or mobility-related projects.
10. Certifications in GIS, Data Analytics, Robotics, Mobility Technologies, or related domains will be advantageous.

- Candidates should be open to Work From Office or Hybrid requirements as defined by business needs.
- Must possess valid educational and employment documents supporting all experience claimed in the profile.
