Roles and Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for current accounts through sales activities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisitions and revenue generation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-6 years of experience in branch sales, preferably in a similar role.

- Solid understanding of BFSI industry trends, particularly in retail banking.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor without a team, meeting daily targets.
