Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, statutory compliance, and tax deductions.

- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, and perks.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll management.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end reports on payroll data analysis.

- Coordinate with HR team for new hires, terminations, transfers, and other changes affecting payroll.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing (salary processing) with expertise in Indian Payroll.

- Strong understanding of payroll management principles and practices.

- Proficiency in preparing various types of reports from payroll data (monthly/quarterly/year-end).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards.
