We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to join our Bangalore office as our primary web development resource. You will drive web platform initiatives, manage website updates across WordPress and Webflow, and collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Initiate and execute web platform updates across WordPress and Webflow sites
+ Partner with the marketing team to translate requirements into functional web solutions
+ Manage website maintenance, performance optimization, and security
+ Design and develop scalable, maintainable web solutions using modern best practices
+ Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure reliability and user experience
+ Stay current with industry trends and implement improvements proactively
+ Report on web performance and SEO, GEO and AEO efforts
Required Qualifications / Experience:
+ 5+ years of skilled web development experience
+ Hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization
+ Proficiency with Webflow design and development
+ Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
+ Solid understanding of responsive design, web standards, and cross-browser compatibility
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
+ Experience with PHP and WordPress plugin development
+ Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
+ Familiarity with analytics tools and web metrics
+ Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
+ Working in B2B / CPA / Advisory companies
+ Understand of Sales Cycle, Leads process
