- Design, build and maintain infrastructure using AutoCAD
- Study architectural and structural drawings and ensure execution is strictly as per drawings with correct dimensions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during construction
- Collaborate with the project team on site supervision
- Take care of final measurements of all vendors
- Plan and schedule daily site activities, labour, and material requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and government authorities
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at all stages of construction
- Prepare and maintain site records, daily progress reports, and measurement books
- Resolve technical issues on site and ensure timely project completion within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to project timelines
