Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist (preferred Diploma Engineer) on a contract base (1 Year) to join R&D; team at Vadodara.

This role requires the data entries for technical test reports for power transformers and shunt reactors. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical testing standards and be detail-oriented to ensure all Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and routine test data entries and records are properly organized, stored, and easy to access when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record technical data from handwritten or physical test logs into standardized digital databases systems.
- Review test report entries for completeness and consistency.
- Coordinate with the testing laboratory team to clarify ambiguous entries and ensure timely documentation flow.
- Ensure all data entry processes adhere to company quality management systems and safety protocols.
- Verify units, tolerances, and acceptance criteria as per applicable standards
- Maintain document revision control
- Work closely with: Testing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Design Engineers, Project Managers & Customer Documentation Teams

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in engineering, testing or Quality.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of transformer/reactor test types.
- Software Skills:



Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
