- Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience-
- 12+ years of experience in quality management within the battery manufacturing or related industry (preferably lithium-ion battery pack assembly).
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.).
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred candidate profile -
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, statistical analysis, and process optimization techniques
- Good knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification audits
- Experience in QMS audits handling
