Job Description

Falcronix Technology is seeking experienced EPUB Developers to join our Digital Publishing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EPUB conversion, HTML/CSS, accessibility standards, and quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities

- Convert source files (PDF, InDesign, Word, XML, etc.) into EPUB 2/EPUB 3 formats.
- Develop and maintain accessible (A11y) EPUBs compliant with industry standards.
- Create and modify HTML and CSS for responsive and reflowable EPUBs.
- Validate EPUBs using EPUB Checker, ACE, and other quality assurance tools.
- Identify and resolve formatting, layout, navigation, and accessibility issues.
- Work on complex publications involving tables, indexes, footnotes, multilingual content, mathematics, and media elements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure project specifications and client requirements are met.




- Collaborate with QA and production teams to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Mentor junior team members and assist in process improvements where required.

Required Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in EPUB Development or Digital Publishing.
- Robust knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience in EPUB 2, EPUB 3, and Accessible EPUB (A11y).
- Good understanding of EPUB validation and quality standards.
- Experience handling complex layouts, tables, indexes, footnotes, and multilingual publications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
