About the Role

LeadingReach is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to review, validate and accurately enter information from documents, forms, faxes, PDFs and system outputs. This role is central to maintaining data quality, completeness and turnaround times across operational workflows and will work during the US Shift (CST)

What You Will Do

- Review, interpret and accurately enter structured and unstructured data into internal platforms.
- Validate information for accuracy, completeness and consistency; flag missing or conflicting details.
- Apply documented business rules, data standards and naming conventions.
- Perform quality checks and maintain low error rates while meeting productivity and turnaround targets.
- Partner with team leads and analysts to resolve exceptions and recurring data issues.
- Document recurring issues and recommend practical process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data-security and privacy requirements.

What You Bring

- 3-6 years of experience in data entry, data operations, administrative support or a similar role.
- Willingness to work in US Shifts (CST Timings)
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in repetitive, high-volume work.




- Working proficiency in MS Excel and basic data tools.
- Ability to follow documented processes consistently and manage time effectively.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.

Valuable to Have

- Experience in healthcare, EMR/EHR or technology-platform operations.
- Exposure to document processing, OCR or fax-based workflows.
- Experience in data validation, quality assurance, process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma.
