Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Bulk Hiring) to manage end-to-end recruitment for Center Managers who operate directly from CultFit centers (on-ground roles) rather than corporate offices. This role requires strong bulk hiring experience, field recruitment exposure, and the ability to consistently close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Center Manager roles across assigned locations.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, walk-ins, local networking,



and field sourcing.
Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Ensure monthly closures of 18 - 22 hires, maintaining quality and adherence to hiring standards.
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining follow-ups to minimise dropouts.

Coordinate with center operations and business leaders to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.

What are We Looking for?
Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably for front-line or on-ground roles.
Experience hiring for non-corporate / field-based roles is a strong plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high monthly closure expectations.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel locally and engage with Cult-fit centers as required.
Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and local hiring practices.
