Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach builders, developers, property owners, and potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct direct marketing and field visits to identify upcoming residential and commercial projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, real estate professionals, and clients.
- Introduce and promote the companys architecture, interior design, and turnkey project services.
- Generate leads through personal networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct client meetings.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits with the design team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert enquiries into projects.
- Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market opportunities and identify potential projects in the local area.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

Eligible Candidates

- Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or field sales.
- Candidates with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering,



Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting face-to-face discussions.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
- Candidates with experience or contacts in construction, real estate, architecture, or interiors will have an advantage.
