What We’re Looking For:
6–7 years of overall experience in Life Insurance
Minimum 5 years of Team Leading experience
Strong experience in the Agency Channel
Proven ability to manage, motivate and drive RM/agency teams
Strong sales, recruitment and target-achievement skills
Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1 month notice period preferred
