Job Overview
Motilal Oswal Home Finance is hiring Relationship Managers for customer acquisition and home loan business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through open market, references, builders, DSAs and other channels.
- Acquire current customers and achieve monthly business targets.
- Handle customer relationships and support them throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with any BFSI sales experience can apply.
- Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales candidates will be given first preference.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, CASA, Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc. can also apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in field/open-market sales.
