Role & responsibilities

- Ensures that daily schedules, quality and production goals are met, troubleshoots problems as required.
- Provide technical leadership for department, including recommending and implementing equipment, process and material enhancements.
- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements and work flow including design layouts for equipment and workspace.
- Maintains constructive working relationship with business units, customers, and internal departments including effective communication, coordination of WIP and process improvement.
- Develops systems for tracking efficiency, quality, scrap, rework, etc. Identifies and implements steps for improvement.
- Researches and makes recommnedations on production and auxiliary equipment procurement, identifies recent technologies and expansion plans.
- Otherduties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

*Candidates who having experince in Plastic Manufacturing at Injection Molding will be preferred

*Engineering Graduate either from CIPET or any Mechanical Engg. Background.

*Injection moulding, IML, production, manufacturing, MIS, Team leader, Production planning, ISO 9001, COST REDUCTION, KAIZEN, ERP, Data Analysis.
