Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Equipment & Operations Monitoring

- Monitor and verify daily machine and tipper readings to ensure data accuracy.
- Check and validate equipment operational data recorded in the Onsite application.
- Track tipper-wise loads across all project tasks and ensure proper allocation.
- Monitor machinery utilization, operational hours, and productivity.

2. Fuel & Diesel Management

- Verify diesel reading images uploaded in the Onsite application for brought-forward and carry-forward calculations.
- Monitor diesel consumption of machinery and tippers.
- Prepare fuel efficiency reports by analyzing diesel consumption against production and distance travelled.
- Identify unusual fuel consumption patterns and report discrepancies to management.

3. Vehicle & Asset Management

- Maintain and analyze data for hired (rent) vehicles and related payments.
- Maintain tipper tyre details, including tyre usage, replacement, and performance records.
- Ensure accurate records of machinery, tippers, and hired equipment.

4. Data Analysis & MIS Reporting

- Prepare monthly machinery and tipper operation summary reports.
- Generate reports on:
- Distance travelled by tippers
- Diesel consumption




- Mileage efficiency
- Equipment productivity
- Load movement and transportation performance
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and operational reports for management review.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.

5. Billing & Payment Support

- Maintain unloading point payment details in Google Sheets.
- Verify unloading records with site data before processing payments.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Site teams for accurate billing and payment reconciliation.

6. Data Verification & Compliance

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all operational data entered in the Onsite application.
- Ensure timely updating of trackers, reports, and Google Sheets.
- Maintain proper documentation and historical records for audit and management purposes.

7. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and Accounts teams to collect operational data.
- Follow up with site teams for missing or incorrect machine, diesel, and load details.
- Provide timely MIS reports to management for decision-making.
