Role Description The Retail Salesperson will work on-site at Mittal & Brothers in Indore in a full-time capacity, supporting customers throughout their shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting suitable products, and explaining features and benefits to help them make informed decisions. The role involves handling sales transactions, managing product displays, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring shelves are stocked and organized. The Retail Salesperson will respond to customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and coordinate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.



Accurate record-keeping, adherence to store policies, and consistent professional conduct are essential.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets ethically and consistently.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge to explain features, uses, and perks clearly to customers.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers, listen actively, and provide respectful assistance.
- Basic numeracy and comfort with billing systems or point-of-sale (POS) tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customer requests, and work in a fast-paced store environment.
- Prior experience in retail or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Reliability, integrity, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
