RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING MANAGER

Matrusri Education Society is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, preboarding and onboarding of faculty and staff across MVSR Engineering College and Matrusri Engineering College (MEC).

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for faculty and staff, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation and offers, in coordination with campus leadership and Head of the Departments .
2. Manage candidate preboarding after offer acceptance, including regular candidate engagement, BGV initiation, document collection and follow-up to ensure smooth joining and reduce offer dropouts.
3. Manage digital onboarding through HRMS, including employee profile creation, document verification, onboarding workflows and Day 1 orientation.
4. Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records,



track key metrics such as Time-to-Hire and Offer Acceptance Rate, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and statutory requirements.
5. Experience: 4-8 years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations or HR Onboarding. Higher Education experience preferred.
6. HRMS: Hands-on experience with HRMS, particularly Hire and Onboarding module
7. Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, candidate engagement, stakeholder management and BGV coordination skills.
8. Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
