- Analyse business requirements and map business process in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications.
- Identify gaps between the Oracle Retail solution's standard functionality and 7-Eleven's C-Store requirements, and propose workarounds or necessary customizations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above (SaaS), including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies.
- Monitor and tune the application performance, especially batch operations and database queries
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot critical production issues, and apply patches/upgrades.
Skills
- Pro*C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile setting, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market
- Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud
- Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail
- Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications
- Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments
- Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity management). Nice to have
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred
- Functional knowledge on Oracle MOM is preferred
