Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SE-II Power BI Developer who can transform raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI, solid SQL knowledge, and hands-on experience working with complex datasets to design scalable data models and impactful dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Create optimized data models, relationships, and calculated measures using DAX
- Build data views and transformations on top of raw datasets to support reporting needs
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports and dashboards
- Implement best practices for data visualization, usability, and performance optimization
- Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and pipeline efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve data and reporting issues

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, performance tuning)
- Experience in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema)
- Expertise in DAX for complex calculations and measures
- Ability to analyze datasets and create meaningful business views
- Experience working with large-scale data environments and multiple data sources
- Understanding of ETL processes and data transformation techniques
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience in retail, finance, or analytics-driven industries
