Job Summary

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead key product charters across Customer and Shared Services. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, execution, and cross-functional alignment across customer-facing experiences and reusable platform capabilities.

The role requires a strong product leader who can manage ambiguity, work across business and technology teams, mentor product managers, and build scalable product capabilities that support growth, efficiency, and better customer outcomes.

As a Group Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of product areas across customer experiences and shared services. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Business, and global product teams to define priorities, shape product strategy, and deliver measurable business and customer impact.

This role will require both strategic thinking and hands-on product leadership. You will guide product managers, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure teams are solving the right problems with clear outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead product strategy and roadmap across Customer and Shared Services charters.
- Own product outcomes across customer journeys, engagement, digital experiences, and shared platform capabilities.
- Partner with business, operations, design, engineering, analytics, and global stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product priorities, requirements, and success metrics.




- Manage and mentor Product Managers, helping them build strong product judgment, execution discipline, and stakeholder management skills.
- Drive alignment across multiple teams and ensure dependencies, risks, and trade-offs are clearly managed.
- Build scalable, reusable capabilities that can support multiple customer and business use cases.
- Use data, customer insights, market trends, and operational feedback to inform product decisions.
- Establish strong product governance, including roadmap reviews, OKRs, prioritization frameworks, and delivery tracking.
- Communicate product plans, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of product management experience, with experience leading multiple product areas or teams.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is preferred.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver business impact in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers.




- Strong understanding of customer-facing digital products, platform capabilities, shared services, or enterprise product ecosystems.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technology constraints, and operational realities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail, commerce, loyalty, customer engagement, store operations, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed product/engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with agile product development, OKRs, product analytics, experimentation, and design-led product development.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to evolving charters.
