This role is responsible for processing inventory write-offs and adjustments, analyzing inventory variances, and executing corrective procedures to resolve invoicing or transactional issues impacting inventory balances.

Key Responsibilities
- Process high volume of inventory write-offs and adjustments
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies caused by receiving errors or system issues.
- Perform research and execute corrective procedures for invoicing issues impacting inventory valuation.
- Monitor inventory adjustment trends and escalate unusual activity or high-risk write-offs.
- Identify root causes and recommend process improvements to reduce inventory errors and improve accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory accounting, retail accounting, or high-volume transactional environment.
- Robust understanding of inventory flows, shrink, adjustments, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience researching and resolving invoicing discrepancies impacting inventory.
- Proven ability to work in KPI-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
