Channel Enablement Executive – Dealer & Franchise Expansion

Location: Gurgaon | Territory: Delhi NCR (Field Role)
Experience: 2–6 Years | CTC: ₹5–7 LPA

Role Objective

Drive dealer & franchise expansion across Delhi NCR through structured scouting, onboarding, activation, and retail enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and map new dealers/franchise partners
• Evaluate location viability & partner capability
• Drive dealer onboarding & showroom activation
• Ensure branding, retail compliance & in-store execution
• Monitor productivity & support sell-through growth
• Maintain expansion MIS & market intelligence

Ideal Candidate

• 2–6 yrs in Dealer Development / Channel Sales
• Building Materials / Consumer Durables preferred
• Strong field exposure in NCR
• Valuable negotiation & reporting skills
• Comfortable with extensive travel
