Role Overview
The Plant Manufacturing Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the plant, leading all manufacturing operations with a robust focus on precision machining and heat treatment processes. The role carries full accountability for plant performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Key Responsibilities

- Take complete charge of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance and manpower
- Oversee precision machining and heat treatment processes to ensure output meets quality and delivery targets
- Prepare, manage and monitor the plant budget, and drive cost optimization
- Plan production schedules and ensure efficient use of machines, materials and people
- Lead and develop plant teams across functions
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and quality system requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and process efficiency
- Report plant performance to senior management

Requirements





- Experience18-25 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in precision machining and heat treatment
- Proven experience in plant budgeting and financial control
- Experience leading a complete plant or major manufacturing operation
- Background in precision / auto component manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Metallurgy preferred
