Description

1. Alignment with business and make marketing plan in accordance with business objective and challenge. Marketing initiatives should help business to grow.
2. Lead execution and tracking of trade marketing initiatives across the MP region, including shop branding (Façade signage, Shop Painting, HAS etc) and Mass Visibility (Wall Painting, Wall Wraps, OOH etc).
3. Ensure effective Planning & budget utilization as per quarterly plan and tracking the same monthly.
4. Driving all HO initiatives at region as per BTL guidelines and ensure SOPs adherence across all Events, Launches & Activations – Brand & Festivals.
5. Manage timely vendor bill submission and ensure all PRs, proofs, and bills are processed through Saksham.
6. Follow SOPs, brand guidelines, and PJP to drive solid market execution and submit monthly reports.
7. Build leadership skills by owning and executing one key regional project end-to-end.
8. Manage zonal inventory of visibility assets for effective deployment.
9. Track competition activities and generate actionable reports.

Coordinate third-party audits for BTL execution.
