- Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet daily production targets while ensuring the productive utilization of manpower and packaging machinery.
- Execute and review Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) and equipment logbooks in real-time, ensuring complete documentation accuracy and strict compliance with cGMP standards.
- Conduct line clearances and routine in-process checks in collaboration with Quality Assurance to prevent product mix-ups and guarantee packaging integrity.
- Manage packaging material inventory on the shop floor by coordinating with the warehouse for timely issuance, tracking consumption, and performing accurate post-batch reconciliation.
