- Lead end-to-end thermal power tender bidding activities, including bid evaluation, preparation, submission, and post-bid coordination.
- Develop and establish bidding frameworks, systems, processes, and governance mechanisms for thermal power projects.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models to assess bid viability, project returns, and commercial competitiveness.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to support bid strategy formulation.
- Formulate and execute bidding strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations and bid-related documentation.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle, ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender requirements.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the thermal power sector through tender participation.
- Support capacity addition and business growth initiatives through successful bid acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, finance, legal, regulatory, and project teams, to ensure effective bid management and project execution.
