The DTICI_IAM_PROJECT MANAGEMENT_T7 role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for leading and managing complex projects. As a key member of the TT/ICS-X1 team, you will drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes. Your expertise in Agile practices will be instrumental in guiding the team towards achieving project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide the team in Agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record in leading and managing complex projects, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum practices and the ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire the team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including Agile frameworks.
